Hari is Chief Design Officer at Design for Winning, which helps corporations create new market opportunities. With over 35 years of experience in the field of industrial design, user experience, and brand development, Hari has provided winning solutions for global clients across diverse industries and markets. He is a former Chief Design Officer for the Whirlpool Corporation.

Hari is also Professor of Industrial Design and Design Management at Savannah College of Art and Design. and serves as a jury member, steering committee member and advisor for prestigious design organizations and awards, such as the Spark Awards, the Edison Awards, and the World Design Organization.
