Jaclyn Suzuki, Co-founder, MADO Research & Strategy

Jaclyn runs a Future-Forward Design Research & Strategy agency called MADO. Previously, Jaclyn served as Creative Director for Ziba Design and Design Researcher for Design Concepts (now Delve). Jaclyn’s work has guided Product Design and Innovation for brands such as Starbucks, Intel, Adidas, Oster and Logitech, amongst others. She is a strong advocate for human-centered design, the use of metaphors in design and foresight-informed concepts.
