Jia Wang, Information Architect, University of Washington

Jia is a designer in the realms of digital media and product design, currently based in Seattle. She holds a Master’s degree in Design from the University of Pennsylvania. Significant projects include work with the University of Washington, the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and a variety of innovative startups. Jia has been honored with over ten prestigious international awards, such as the IF Award, UX DESIGN Award, IDA Design Award, Indigo Design Award, Muse Design Award, and NY Design Award and exhibited at the 2024 Kent Summer Art Exhibit and the Anacortes Arts Festival. Additionally, she has been extensively published, including a notable cover design for Issue 27 of the University of Pennsylvania’s “Landscapes in Process.” I am also currently serving as a judge for the AIVA (The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts), Cal Hacks 10.0, 2023, and the Telly Awards.
